Bill is a second generation home inspector and has been performing home inspections full time since 1998. Bill has a broad technological knowledge in inspection, structure and the mechanical trades. Certified Third Party Stucco/EIFS inspector able to perform moisture infiltration analysis. Good communication skills are a must, and that’s why he does so well. Bill has several years of residential construction experience that involved roofing, foundation repair, framing and plumbing. Bill is also a licensed commercial/ instrument aircraft pilot known for his attention to detail.

Doug is a registered Professional Engineer in Kansas and Missouri with emphasis in the civil/structural engineering field. Attaining the status of Professional Engineer requires the successful completion of two state board examinations including a minimum of five years approved work experience in a related engineering position. Doug has been active in the engineering field since 1979. He has an extensive background and knowledge in project design and construction management. Doug has been actively involved with performing home inspections since 1993.
Chris McCullough - Inspector

Chris is an ASHI Member and is a graduate of the Midwest Inspector Institute, and a Certified Residential Mold Inspector (CRMI) by the American Indoor Air Quality Council. He passed all of the required tests with top scores. Chris has been performing home inspections since 2006 and has background in fabrication, management and remodeling. His past management experience gives him good people skills and the ability to communicate issues clearly.
Doug Fate - Office Manager
Doug Fate has 25 plus years experience in the construction industry both in the residential and industrial fields. He is a retired ASHI Member and has had a Texas Professional Inspector License. Doug is the person you will normally speak to on the phone when scheduling any of our inspection services. His background and inspection knowledge will be able to help with questions concerning your inspection.
