First Choice's home inspection report blew me away. The home inspectors I've used before gave me a couple of pages, mostly a checklist, if I was lucky. The First choice home inspectors delivered a detailed home inspection report on my home in Overland Park, Kansas. It was 20 pages and explained everything. The report was a great reference. It's been a few years and I still use the report as a list of what we want to do next to improve our home. The home inspector knew his business and knew what he was doing.
