Bill is a second generation home inspector and has been performing home inspections full time since 1998. Bill has a broad technological
knowledge in home inspection, structure and the mechanical trades. Certified Third Party Stucco/EIFS inspector able to perform moisture infiltration
analysis. Good communication skills are a must for a home inspector, and that’s why he does so well. Bill's years of residential construction experience
that involved roofing, foundation repair, framing and plumbing provide a foundation for his home inspections. Bill is also a licensed commercial/ instrument aircraft pilot known for his
attention to detail, a skill he brings to his home inspections as well.

Doug is a registered Professional Engineer in Kansas and Missouri with emphasis in the civil/structural engineering field. Attaining the status
of Professional Engineer requires the successful completion of two state board examinations including a minimum of five years approved work
experience in a related engineering position. Doug has been active in the engineering field since 1979. He has an extensive background and
knowledge in project design and construction management. Doug is actively involved and serving in various leadership roles in ASHI, the American Society of Home Inspectors. He is currently
the Treasurer of the Local Great Plains American Society of Home Inspectors chapter.

Chris is a Member of the American Society of Home Inspectors and is a graduate of the Midwest Inspector Institute, and a Certified Residential Mold Inspector (CRMI) by the American
Indoor Air Quality Council. He passed all of the required tests for home inspectors and mold inspectors with top scores. Chris has been performing home inspections since 2006 and has
background in fabrication, management and remodeling that he uses as a home inspector. His past management experience gives him good people skills and the ability to communicate
issues clearly during home inspections.
